About CAP

Civil Air Patrol, the official civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force, is a humanitarian and educational nonprofit organization.  CAP serves thousands of communities across America via three congressionally chartered missions: Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs and Emergency Services.  Some of the activities we accomplish with each mission can be observed below.

The Winchester Composite Squadron is comprised of both cadets (12 to 21 years old) and senior members (18 and older). Our squadron currently has 40 cadets and 34 senior members. Members of the Winchester Composite Squadron are comprised citizens from all occupations who believe in helping their community.

Meetings take place at the Cherry-Beasley Readiness Center, Winchester's National Guard Armory. We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 1830-2100 hours (6:30-9:00 PM EST). 

The agenda of our meetings vary on based on the fact that we serve three different, but equally important missions. We have provided below our monthly agenda of what we accomplish on Tuesday nights each month.
